It does work in the IDE. Im using Graphics 3D

It happens when im trying to use Graphics or Graphics3D. I have Windows 10 8gb of ram NVDIA GeForce GTX 950. 

Hello so I finished my Blitz3D game. So I created an Executable. And when Blitz3D finished the compiling, my .exe application was created. But when i tried to launch it said that I need fmod. So I putted the fmod in to the folder and in the blitz folder and compiled it again. But then when i try to launch my game it says "Unable to set Graphics mode"  Can someone tell me how to fix this problem?
